MONDAY 7TH NOV. LESSONS

GOOD MORNINGGGGGGG...

Yesterday we watched [t] a video about the Bonfire Night that you can watch HERE
Then, we did a test (Unit 1 revision- p. 52 in your dossier of copies). You can do it and check your answers with your partners.
After that, we corrected [id] and checked [t] the vocabulary on p. 147 about Holidays and the weather and we added [id] some new words: chilly, drizzle, showers etc....
Finally, we started [id] with the Reading on p. 16 and the pronunciation of the regular form of the simple past p. 17. You can LISTEN TO THIS LINK to practise the pronunciation of the -ED.

There is NO HOMEWORK for Wednesday...but here I leave you two things you can do to practise these vocabulary:
1) Read and watch a video about the weather forecast in UK (or anywhere in the world). Click here
2) WATCH A VIDEO ABOUT THE WEATHER AND DO THE EXERCISES: Click here (it's very interesting with a lot of idioms and expressions)

Finally, here you have a tongue twister: You can listen to it here

“Whether the weather be fine,
Whether the weather be not,
Whether the weather be cold,
Whether the weather be hot,
We'll weather the weather,
Whatever the weather,
Whether we like it or not”
